EGC Consulting, the non-profit consulting arm of Emmanuel Gospel Center, applies Living System Ministry to provide customized services that build the capacity of churches and organizations.

What we do

The goal of EGC Consulting is to provide agencies with customized services to enact internal and external systemic change. Our problem-solving framework is grounded in systems thinking—the discipline of understanding and leveraging relationships between the component parts of systems. EGC Consulting specializes in four capacity-building areas: Assessment & Evaluation; Strategic Planning & Action; Professional Development & Training; and Board & Governance Support.

Holistic approach to consulting

EGC Consulting is purposed with empowering community- and faith-based organizations to fulfill their unique callings. We live and operate at the intersection of Organizational Identity, Systems Thinking, and Performance Measurement.

We start with understanding who you are: staff composition, organization structure, and cultural context. Next, we help you to recognize the institutional and relational systems impacting your effectiveness, and work with you to customize tools for measuring and adapting performance. At every stage, EGC Consulting incorporates sustainability into our consulting services.

Continuous Evaluation Model

Our core competency is in developing evaluation systems that individuals and organizations can apply to any context. Meaningful evaluation is informed by an on-going feedback loop of strategic thinking and doing. EGC Consulting equips clients to design and implement continuous evaluation systems, linking results to routine processes for learning, planning, and responding.
