STARLIGHT MINISTRIES (a program of Emmanuel Gospel Center) works with over 100 volunteers from 30 churches to “take the church to the streets” by building relationships with people who are homeless and supporting them in transitioning from the streets to hope, housing, and community.

SANCTUARY ARTS COMMUNITY is an initiative of Starlight’s youth outreach, engaging youth who are homeless or street involved.
